Property Owner / Host Consulting

  • We offer 1-on-1 consulting for property owners and hosts who want tailored guidance on everything from operations and pricing to guest experience and listing optimization.
  • Ideal for DIY hosts or owners seeking strategic guidance without full-service management. 

Hot Tub Servicing

$200/month

Our standard hot tub service includes cleaning the filter and balancing chemicals after each stay and every two weeks for longer stays. In addition, one drain and refill will be performed each month. 


$200/month, standard hot tub service:

Includes:

  • 1 drain and refill. 
  • Spa Cleaning - Surface & Filter 
  • Chemical balancing

Not Included:

  • Purchasing of chemicals and spa supplies, (billed to the client as needed).
