Superstays Referral Program

Overview

Superstays Property Management LLC welcomes anyone who refers property owners to our vacation rental management services. This referral program offers generous rewards for successful referrals, allowing you to earn extra income by connecting property owners with Superstays. Below are the terms and structure of the program.

How the Referral Program Works

1. Submit a Referral Form:

Fill out the Superstays Referral Program Contact Form with your contact information and the property owner’s details.
Submitting the Referral Form will send the referee an automated email containing a link to the "Request a Consultation" form.

2. Referred Client Completes Consultation Request:

The property owner you refer must complete the "Request a Consultation" form, which can also be found on our website.
Superstays will then schedule a consultation with the property owner to discuss their property management needs.

3. Consultation and Agreement:

After the consultation, if both Superstays and the property owner agree to proceed, the property owner will sign the Superstays Client Contract.
At this point, your referral will be considered successful, and you will become eligible for compensation based on the property’s projected annual rental income.

Payment Schedule

Quarterly Payments:

Referral rewards are calculated and paid on a quarterly basis throughout the first 12 months of the client’s contract.
Payments will be issued within 15 days after the end of each quarter.

Payment Methods:

Payments can be made via check or electronic funds transfer (EFT).

Referral Incentive Structure (Tiered Sliding Scale)

Tier 1:

Properties Generating Up to $50,000 Annually in Rental Income
Compensation: 12% of Superstays’ 15% management fee for the first year

Tier 2:

Properties Generating $50,001–$100,000 Annually in Rental Income
Compensation: 15% of Superstays’ 15% management fee for the first year

Tier 3:

Properties Generating Over $100,000 Annually in Rental Income
Compensation: 18% of Superstays’ 15% management fee for the first year

Example of Earnings

Referral Incentive Structure (Tiered Sliding Scale)

Tier 1 Property:

Annual Rental Income: $45,000
Superstays Management Fee (15%): $6,750
Referral Reward (12% of $6,750): $810 for the first year

Tier 2 Property:

Annual Rental Income: $80,000
Superstays Management Fee (15%): $12,000
Referral Reward (15% of $12,000): $1,800 for the first year

Tier 3 Property:

Annual Rental Income: $120,000
Superstays Management Fee (15%): $18,000
Referral Reward (18% of $18,000): $3,240 for the first year

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The program is open to anyone who refers a property owner to Superstays.
Referral Process: All referrals must be submitted through the official Superstays Referral Program contact form before the property owner signs a contract.
Referral Validity: The referral is valid only when the property owner signs the Superstays Client Contract and is a new client to Superstays.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding client information and referral payments.
Program Modifications: Superstays reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program with a 30-day notice to participants.
